INTERACTIVE FOOD AND WINE PAIRING EVENINGS

Are you interested in hosting an interactive, culinary event for your next dinner party, anniversary, wedding shower or birthday? An evening that will be remembered long afterwards?

How about presenting an interactive food demonstration and wine tasting combined?

Shari Darling will organize and host the event, cooking the dishes in front of your guests and then pairing each course with a different wine.

Her most popular event — Hors D’oeuvres and Wine — takes the place of a full course meal.  In this event your guests will sample 5 freshly made, different hors d’oeuvres prepared in front of them, each then paired with 5 different wines.  Guests will taste how each hors ‘doeuvre works with the wine, often called an ‘extraordinary and personal experience.’  They will discover how each bite-sized moresel harmonizes with the taste and flavour profiles of various wine styles.

To create a unique event for your next special occassion or simply to enjoy an evening with friends, contact Shari.
